Sunday Dinner: Changes

“And that is how change happens.

One gesture. One person.

One moment at a time.”

Libba Bray

“Believe something and the Universe

is on its way to being changed.

Because you’ve changed, by believing.

Once you’ve changed,

other things start to follow.

Isn’t that the way it works?”

Diane Duane

“One day spent with someone you love

can change everything.”

Mitch Albom

“The only way to make sense out of change

is to plunge into it, move with it,

and join the dance.”

Alan W. Watts

“Change will not come if we wait

for some other person, or if we wait

for some other time.

We are the ones we’ve been waiting for.

We are the change that we seek.”

Barack Obama

“Keep your best wishes, close to your heart,

and watch what happens”

Tony DeLiso

“Dare to dream!

If you did not have the capability

to make your wildest wishes come true,

your mind would not have the capacity

to conjure such ideas in the first place.

There is no limitation

on what you can potentially achieve,

except for the limitation you choose to impose

on your own imagination.

What you believe to be possible

will always come to pass –

to the extent that you deem it possible.

It really is as simple as that.”

  1. Lovely garden views – is the blue gazing ball new? I haven’t seen it before. 🙂

    • Thank you, Eliza 😉 Yes, we added the gazing ball and little bed around it last week. I’ve been wanting to do that for a while…. That spot was the last scar from our downed oaks, and we are transforming it now, too. Snow for you this week? We just had a mixed flurry with sleet. Much colder today than forecast, and morning sun gave way to afternoon snow clouds early on. Please stay warm and dry ❤ ❤ ❤

  2. I love your pics so much! I have created a page that has pics from some of my favorite blogs. Is it ok that I put some of your pics on there? if it is not please let me know! Thanks! 🙂

    • Dear Kenna, Thank you for asking about using some of my photos. I’m honored that you like them enough to share them with your followers. I like your photos very much. Your photo of the wood stacked so geometrically is especially interesting. Best wishes, Woodland Gnome ❤

Thank you so much! I have a really wimpy camera, but I am trying to take really good pictures anyway. There are also some pictures I took on my phone that I have not uploaded yet. (I always forget) Thanks again for letting me use your pictures! 🙂

We always appreciate your comments. Thank you for adding your insight to the conversation.
