Blogging friend, Y., invited me to join the Seven Day Nature Challenge last Saturday from her new site, In the Zone.  For this sixth day of the challenge, I’ll invite you again to join in.

This challenge has been out there for a while, and many nature photographers have already participated.  If you would like to take up the challenge, please accept in the comments and I’ll link back to you tomorrow.   I’ll look forward to seeing what surprises May has brought to your corner of the world, even as I share the beauty of ours.

  1. This is a classic forest garden post – that smooth flow of quotes and photos!
And the first three had this interactive play – like looking up into the lit sky – then the next photo was down into the smooth bloom and the third was that closed up feel – so neither up nor down – but there – and so even tho they went with the theme of your post – I saw other themes layers –
    Thanks again for joining in!

    • Thank you so much, Yvette, for your kind words and for following this series of posts each day. It is fun working with the themes, isn’t it? It allowed me to go back and use a few more photos from Oregon, too. My husband chose the first photo, one I hadn’t used a few weeks ago, but took this opportunity to use today. I hope you and yours are enjoying the holiday weekend! Seems everyone has left Richmond and headed ‘elsewhere.’ Safe travels, to you and yours ❤ ❤ ❤

We always appreciate your comments. Thank you for adding your insight to the conversation.
