with a wash of black,

because all things in nature are dark

except where exposed by the light.”

“Dreams are what guide us,

art is what defines us,

math is what makes it all possible,

and love is what lights our way.”

“The awakening is the purpose.

The awakening of the fact that in essence

we are light, we are love.

Each cell of our body, each cell and molecule

of everything.

The power source that runs all life is light.

So to awaken to that knowledge,

and to desire to operate in that realm,

and to believe that it is possible,

are all factors that will put you there.”

  1. Loved the pairings of quotes and pics (as u do so well) and the. Norton quote really jumped out at me today- also – is that parsley in the one photo?

  2. I esp. appreciate the Da Vinci quote as I just finished reading ‘Mona Lisa, A Life Discovered’ by Dianne R. Hales. I found it fascinating.

  3. Your hellebores are blooming too! Isn’t that wonderful!? Lovely post today- I especially liked da Vonci quote. Blessings, Sarah

    • Blessings to you, Sarah. I was thinking of you as I photographed the Hellebores, and hoped you might peak in at this post. This is the earliest I’ve seen them bloom here. Are yours growing and budding yet? Have you found any seedlings around your Hellebores?
