Every living shade and hue.

But other colors fill our mind’s eye, too.
~

Greens fade to silver grey.
~
~
Soil’s browns lighten in the sun.
~
~
Vibrant peach and orange and gold bloom
In our imagination,
As soothing, watery blue brings restful peace.
~
~
Color saturates our world.
~
~
What is ‘monochrome,’
But one pointed concentration
On a single vibration at a time?
~
~
A single color’s purity penetrates first the eyes,
Then the mind,
~
~
And finally explodes in living light within the spirit.
~

hi wg, the universe is sure prompting us to communicate! yes i live in China. I wake up on my saturday mornings, and the first thing I do is check the WP Photo Challenge for the week, and then begin crafting the post. Then i wander around the blogosphere drinking in gorgous images and reading wonderful posts. The posts I love the best are the ones which combine beauitful, intriguing images with inspiring words, like yours does. It was great how you managed to reference ‘meditation’ without once using the word. So interesting that you were thinking about it all day, I woke up and thought, mm, great, just a pure photographic answer this time, limited words ( though as you might have noticed me limiting my words is always a challenge) – should be easy and not too time consuming, I thought. but i’d better get out of here and on with my day before my daughter loses patience with my blogging habits! have a wonderful evening and relaxing weekend! 🙂
