“We’re all a little weird. And life is a little weird.

And when we find someone whose weirdness

is compatible with ours, we join up with them

and fall into mutually satisfying weirdness—

and call it love—true love.”

and whosoever loves much performs much,

and can accomplish much,

and what is done in love is well done.”

It’s the process of seeing yourself in things that are not you.”

  1. Love your temporary heart picture ❤

  2. Lovely way to share some of your Oregon Coast photos. (along State highway 101 😉 )

    • Thank you, Jane, for catching that. Brain blip… I know 101 runs from Mexico into Canada- but am still a little sketchy on my west coast geography! I was up and down 101 every single day of my trip, and don’t know where ‘1’ came from 😉

      • I recall Route 1 being on the East Coast. So it makes sense that that number would come to mind! 🙂 My dad would sometimes take Route 1 from Philadelphia to Washington D.C. as the “scenic” route when we would go to visit my grandmother and aunt in Chevy Chase, MD.

        • Yes, it is of the era before the interstates. Such interesting old roads! I’ve driven parts of Rt 1 north of Richmond. Interesting that you have roots in Chevy Chase. So does my husband, and also a dear friend, whose mother still lives there. An interesting place 😉 No, I’ve just been so tired since returning- and I answered that comment late at night when my brain was not fully ‘online.’ I hadn’t even noticed until you did. Thank you for that, Jane 😉

  3. The composition of the first bird picture is stunning. Perfect in its simplicity. 🐦🐧🐦

    • So glad you like it 😉 A very friendly bird who seemed to enjoy the attention 😉 It is a stunning spot along Rt. 101, one of the last overlooks on the Pacific before Rt. 101 turns inland. Best wishes, WG
