Flux, movement, transformation, evolution. 

Ice melts, buds awaken, and spring creeps ever closer with each passing day. 

Our first tiny snowdrops have opened.

Green daffodil leaves push up through the muddy ground.

The sun rises noticeably earlier each morning and set a bit later each afternoon. 

Whether we’re moving forwards, backwards,

or just dancing around in spirals and circles,

movement is life.

And we are all a part

of this magnificent, vibrating, harmonious

dance of life.
